Monday – Friday 3:00 P.M – 5:00 P.M. to receive Curbside service at the KBC facility, contact the credit union at (713)726-2515 and schedule an appointment and a credit union representative will come to your vehicle during the scheduled time.
After Hours request for balance inquires, share withdrawal/deposit and loans payments. We ask that you contact the credit union office at (713) 726-2515, leave a message and a credit union representative will return your call. Your request will be processed and ready for pick up.
Additional Service Needs Should you need service during the hours of 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Monday – Friday, arrangements have made with TEAM Financial Federal Credit Union which is located at 2190 North Loop West Suite 108

You will have the following services available.
Money Cards that maybe loaded with funds from your account that will give you access to ATM’s and various merchants. The money card can be made available by contacting the credit union office.
